"I got the lighting controller but not the one I ordered. Their website said the product I ordered was available and would be shipped within 24 hours so I ordered it and they immediately charged my credit card. A couple days later I hadn't received a tracking number so I called the company. They told me the part I ordered wasn't available and I had to upgrade to a more capable model at an additional cost. I accepted and they told me it would be shipped in 24 hours. Again, my credit card was immediately charged but 2 days later, I hadn't received a tracking number. I called 3 more times and each time they told me it would be shipped that day and they'd email me the tracking number. I was beginning to thing they were a fraudulent company but a little over 2 weeks from placing the order, the upgraded product I ordered finally showed up."
"VERY DISSATISFIED with this purchase of an Odyssey case FR1200e. Ordered two weeks ago, and the order was marked as shipped not too long after the order. I have been waiting for the package to come through the mail, but there's been nothing. Checked the status of the shipment, and although it states that the item was shipped, it was never sent through the mail. Customer service has not replied to my emails. "Beware using the Price matching system. They give you a code and tell you to place it in the "Special Instructions" box which is not on the order form. I placed it in the comment box. It appears that they ignore it and used it just to generate a sale. They say they will match prices, but my perception is that they don't. I sent email to sales and customer service twice asking about the price matching, and they never responded. Customer service seems to be not part of the business model, so I'll exclude this reseller from my future online purchases."
"Hollywood DJ didn't allow me to use a coupon code that was on their website. They put my order on hold and called me the next day to tell me mackies were not covered by the coupon code yet there was no indication of this on their site. I canceled my order."

"I just received my new DDM 4000 Newmark Mixer super fun I djed a wedding over the weekend with it, it's everything i expected and more. Great quality for the price and sounds clear and clean. Sample which is great if you have Serato Scratch Live cause if you need to switch out laptops with other dj's for their music set it will hold down a beat untill there set to go. “We have tried to contact Mr. Matt C from the first day order was placed.
The email address and the phone no. provided by costumer was wrong . We did not have a full name from the costumer and did all we can to process this order but determined that this order is a fraud order as the payment info provided did not verify as well. We did also attempt to contact Matt through reseller rating but it looks like that the email has gone unanswered so far .
We are dedicated to protecting our costumers and shoppers. If we can not verify payment info and address order being shipped to we will not process an order. You do not want someone placing an order using your credit card info and shipping products to them selves. We do this to protect the card holder and our self. We can not ship an order to an unverified address.
