Poor service, poor product, poor customer care

"Ordered a black and gold dressing table which should have taken 6-8 weeks to deliver. It eventually turned up after 25 weeks. After just a few months one of the soft close brackets broke so the lift up mirror sat wonky and then a few days later the mirror just fell off thankfully not breaking and not injuring my wife.

Disappointed with quality, dissatisfied with service and after 48 hours of writing a formal complaint I haven’t even had acknowledgement of my email let alone a response.

I would not use this company again for a cheap product let alone a dressing table costing over a thousand pounds.

Also forgot to add, the product was not the same as the image displayed on website, but my wife still liked it so kept it.....

Do not buy from them!

"Where to begin? I ordered a tv stand with an estimated delivery of 2 weeks. Only to be notified that it could be 3 months. 3 weeks go by and it arrives in port damaged. They never notified me of this until I asked where it was another week later. So already short on patience I decide to cancel the order. After 10 emails back and forth they tell me okay we will issue the refund to your card within a couple buisness days. Another week later still no refund. So I contact the bank and they said they denied homary because they weren't refunding me but trying to charge me a second time. So after more emails and multiple threats of a lawsuit they finally decide okay we will refund you through pay pal. Guess what after another week they finally processed the refund through PayPal. But now I'm left paying the fee through pay pal and waiting the extra 21 day holding period for my cash. So in summary I paid them 20 some odd dollars to give me the worst customer service and biggest pain in my **** in my life to hold onto $537 of my cash and charge me for it!"

Broken returns process - not hassle free at all

"They seem to do everything to prevent you from being able to make a return. The way to submit a return request is very hidden and confusing, then they don't follow up, their customer service is basically a scam of trying to kick you off the line, and then they do everything to try to get you to pay for shipping. "

This desk was perfect
