This is a rating for the service itself, not the product, as I have yet to receive it. Order was placed and processed on 3/17/22. Status on 3/19 was it had been scheduled for a pickup and shipped to me shortly. 3/23 same status, 3/24 same status, get my drift? Seems everyday it will update to your current day. It wasn't until I received an email on 3/29 asking when I am going to drive from Texas to California to pick it up my product from their LA warehouse? Seriously? Order clearly shows my shipping address.
Long story short. DO NOT TRUST THE ONLINE STATUS. Call them directly to get a status update or you will end up in the same boat as me waiting for my product and it's been sitting in their warehouse for 10 days. Let's hope it doesn't show up damaged.
Oh, and they require a signature on delivery and because shipping can take up to 2 additional weeks, my product essentially will have wasted 3 weeks.
I doubt I will purchase from them again. Oh, and I wonder why they don't have a Google or Yelp page to write this review on because I am sure I am not alone in this lack of customer service experience."

"TRUSTWORTHY AND HELPFUL
I bought a dressing table from Homary in early December, and yes it did take 12 weeks to arrive (I thought it was an American store). When it arrived, the colour did not look the same and they must have given me an off-white dressing table, instead of the champagne colour displayed. However, I contacted them on the chat box to explain I am not happy with the order and why, they understood and agreed to a return. I kept all the original boxing and my husband put it all back in the same way we received it. They sent me a return label and I had it collected. It did take a couple of weeks, as had to wait for them to receive it and inspect that it is in good condition but I finally got the full refund and I am so relieved! I’m thankful to Yolanda who helped me out a lot, thank you for being so helpful and understanding. They are not as bad as people on here make them out to be, I’m just grateful I got all my money back!"
"8 months ago I purchased 2 sets of shower faucets and hand held shower heads in brushed nickel. One works and the other has been faulty since the day I purchased it and they still have not replaced it as promised . It has been dripping a blue dye water stain on my brand new Carrara marble . The plumber said it’s a faulty cartridge. I have sent multiple emails , photos and called but they haven’t taken care of the problem .
I will never recommend or purchase from Homary again! The worst experience I’ve ever had with an online purchase .

"worst online shopping experience ever. Their product looks so fancy but pool quality. I bought a light for dinner room, missing wires and not working. Pendant lights I bough glue is sick on light everywhere. I called customer service want to return but keep kick balls around. Then I agreed to get a replacement as they suggested however they never come already 3 months passed. "
