Though the app says the contractor will contact you; about 80% of the time, it's nothing but crickets, or only one of the several recommended will even answer the phone.
For anything at all complicated; don't even bother! My search for replacement storm windows got converted to a request for replacement windows. My request to update the electrical wiring to my garage got converted to 'install an outlet'. I'm very frustrated with them."
