"I used HomeAdvisor to look for a asphalt seal coating contractor. I contacted two contractors. One contractor called me back and we set up an appointment for him to look at the job but he never showed up and would not answer my calls. I tried to write up a review for them but HomeAdvisor rejected it. They said they only accept reviews from customers who actually hire the contractor. Wouldn't you think it would be good for other people to know about contractors who make appointments and never show up? HomeAdvisor is a joke. I will never use them again especially since I now know not everyone can file a review."
