"They made this new required annual membership fee of over $500 for contractors. We paid. The leads came in. Most of the leads had nothing to do with our services. I called in, they said they would fix it. But we were still forced to pay for irrelevant leads.
Then the leads that we're relevant were of course worthless (not their fault they attract people who want something for nothing). We ended up paying more for the leads than the lead was worth. So we wanted to cancel within two months.
Called in said it was worthless. They said we already paid a year membership so freeze the leads. So we did. Oh but wait, they will automatically turn leads back on without consent. So they did, we got two leads (again irrelevant leads) and we were told we would not be charged and they would stop sending leads. But we were still charged for leads. They automatically took out all fees from our banking account. It wasn't invoiced. We filed their lead disputes. A couple of them they said were credited to us. But most of them were forced on us. Yet we never got an actual statement to show why they were taking out so much money.
They stopped sending leads, but sent us to collections for over $1,000!
We feel scammed. Promised one thing, forced into other things, paid everything dispute all of our disputes and then this? Not a recommended company at all add very questionable business practices in my opinion."

"Completed 3 major home improvement tasks. Each were 1) Electricity check up and switch covers replaced. Cost me over $500. The man was supposed to use his supplies. But he without my knowledge took out my supplies. He installed outdoor lights outside the garage. He had them pointed the wrong way. When I called him I requested him to correct this issue and along with that I gave him more business for him to install one more fixture to give more light and fix the bulbs that had gone out just after a month. Since I live by my self, he still took my supplies. ! I felt fearful of him. Then the Plumbers 188PLUMBERS. INSTALKED A BRAND NEW WATER HEATER. The men took the job so lightly and left the hearing at a low point. The water came colder than before. They came immediately and turned it up and left. After they left, I asked KYLE what setting now they had turned it up. He informed me to 4. I was upset. I called again and he said when it gets colder he will come to put it to a high setting"
