"Here's my thoughts. Last time I was getting contractors asking me about what need done. Well obviously Home advisor put down my address but never read my situation which at the time was moving to a new home. I didn't have an address because I was out of my house trying to get a contractor or more to give me quotes I will need...No one got back to me not once and this happened to me more then 2 times.You guys think your software will do all the work. Let me tell you there comes a time when a human needs to see what's going on. And with the competition out there it doesn't surprise me that your loosing customers every day. I will like I said look online at yellow pages to find exactly what I need. Your help has been atrocious. No body wants to make human Contact. Actually not everyone. But Home Advisor quite obviously is in that category.I'll end with this. I bet tomorrow I'll get some super duper manager not call but will email me and tell me how hard your working for me."
