"I've hire 3 contractors (so they claim). 1) Reo Painting 2) South Florida Cabinets 3) Jerry's Custom Landscaping. They all claimed to be experience professionals. However they were just ppl preying on customers with good conversation and promises. Who in return sent ppl to ur home who weren't professionals, just hires some spoke no English who claimed to not understand anything u we're saying. Others who wanted all the details of the business transaction or ppl who came and did a rush job and wanted to get paid like Jerry's Landscaping. One week and 2 days later this job has not been COMPLETED. His excuses are as follows: his guys are on the way, his guy got busy on another job. It's late, first thing in the morning. My dad has cancer, my dad has treatment. My dad didn't do well at treatment today. It's RAINING! Nevertheless my check was given to him on Friday at 5:38pm and was CASHED at 6:01 pm. Yes the stumps were grind., however ALL the mulch remains! Thoroughly disappointed!"

"One problem I ran into is the fact that you have way of cancelling an appt. once it is confirmed. I had to make a phone call to do it. My time is precious and I do not want to spend 6-8 minutes on the phone when I should be able to do it in 5 seconds on the Web site. The site is very navigable, easy and clear easy to use, but needs that cancel feature, now. Can't think of any other items now, but may the next time I use it, thanks. Norm"
