"I navigated the site and a HomeAdvisor Rep called me. Booked a company to give me an estimate. Then sent me a great follow up email confirming the details of our conversation. Also told me to reach out to him if I had any issues. The company he scheduled to give an estimate, never called me like he promised. Therefore I tried to follow up with my HomeAdvisor Rep. I emailed him and called 3 times and he never got back to me. In top of that the company sent me an email canceling our appointment 40 minutes before he was suppose to show. It was such a mess and I'm highly disappointed. I'm 8 months pregnant and fixing up two houses. I didn't have time to mess with this."
