"Our initial online request was put in for a spa repair specialist, but then we got calls from other plumbers and what not. After Home Advisor connected with me, they were able to recommend the proper specialists and were great about following up. We received a call from Larry from Spa Repair Specialists and he was very helpful on the phone. With just a few pictures I texted him, he was able to send Matthew over to fix things. Matthew was friendly and very honest and helpful. He was able to get our spa panel working (when the parts weren't available any longer). He had a creative solution that fixed the panel and will give us more life out of our spa. The price was perfect for the job to be done and because of his integrity, they came out and checked on the panel, no matter how small or impossible it seemed to fix. Other places weren't even going to consider fixing it and told us we needed to buy another spa from them or a crazy amount of money to fix. Thanks Matthew and Larry for your help! I had a few that was excellent and I had one in particular who tricked me into hiring him independently and done a horrible job. I had to hire another handyman from Angie's list (independently) to fix the horrible job and the guy did a wonderful job."
