"Item delivered as expected; however, a little surprised that the 'white glove' delivery wasn't exactly what I expected. I paid $50 for the white-glove delivery thinking that would get my refrigerator installed and setup. This was not the case. Because my refrigerator had to go up a flight of stairs, there was $20 fee per flight. Additionally, because they had to take the doors off to get it up the stairs, that was an additional $50, for a total of $70 more than the $50 I had already spent. This fee was to the delivery company, not HomeEverything; however, the potential of the fees should have been made clear when ordering--I did a phone order. Overall, it was still cheaper than any other reputable place, just slightly annoyed."

"Ordered a Bosch dishwasher 3/24, saved 18% over best local price including no tax. Called HomeEverything Customer Service beforehand to determine that the item was in stock (a frequent opportunity for sellers to lie, but not in this case). They called to schedule delivery for 4/3 via UPS Freight. That happened 2 hours earlier than promised window. Unpacked, inspected, all seems OK. My installer arrives 4/6 (would have had to pay for install in any case). The only improvement would have been a credit card charge to coincide with ship date, not order date--a small thing, since shipping was within a few days of order. "
