"Did not receive an order confirmation until item was shipped. It was not delivered on time due to an "exception' that said the address was wrong, which is was not. Tried to use Home Depot live chat to check on the order twice--no one was ever there. Emailed customer service twice and only got an automated reply--never a real reply from an actual person. I'm wondering if Home Depot actually employs any customer service reps or if they just tell customers they exist. Why have online chat and email if you never respond to it? Very dissatisfied--took a day off work and drove 105 miles (one way) so I'd be there when this item was delivered to my 90-year old mother's home, but it did not come. Lowe's is looking better and better!"
