"The Staff at Novi HD is great PAM did a excellent job getting stuff. and Cindy in the return dept was super.. PAM was a great help in ordering all the bathroom items and help with detail items. She returned calls on time. and would let us know when she would be working to help with some major problems we had with a shower pan. Pam did all she could to get the replacement but Koehler just does not build a product that meets the standards they set.. Making for a very confusing install. But PaM and the HD staff helped get us though it.. HOWEVER I would NOT recommend buying THOMASVILLE cabinets.. For the money spent the quality was lacking the drawers had be aligned. the cabinets were not level.. the back and side were not flat on top and bottom, This could cause a stress on the panels supporting the counter top. "

"I was told I would receive 5% discount in the store if I used my Home Depot credit card. But once I returned to the store, to place my order I was told no discount and could not order there. I was instructed to order it online at home. At delivery, truck could not back up my driveway and set pallet of couple hundred pounds on the street. I rented special dolley to move to it up my driveway. Haven't opened the boxes yet, still recovering with my back. Hope no partsare damaged or broken. "
