"Spent $10,000 dollars this year 2015. Returned maybe $600 -$1,000 due to changes in the contracts with customers. Now I'm being charged10% when I return items
Ordered $6,000 worth of decking materials. Received stair rails instead of straits. Composite decking was damaged when it was delivered to the site.
Special ordered materials 6 different times and was only called about materials coming in 2 times.

"Ordered custom blinds for bathroom window. The quality of blinds is actually reasonable, but the colors shown online do not represent the color of the product received. By the time it took me to inspect the blinds, order the samples of other colors and then figure out which color actually matches my window trim, the exchange/return policy for this product (15 days from the time of SHIPMENT, not when you actually receive the item) has passed. Bear in mind that it took about 3 weeks for them to make the blinds, which was explained that someone had to cut the blinds to custom size (I can do it in an hour, but apparently Home Depot employee requires 3 weeks). The "customer service" is not there to actually help customer but to find a way to blow you off - there is no accountability for wrong colors displayed, long production time etc, they only use "15 day return policy " as an excuse to avoid doing anything."

"Home Depots delivery was great. No waiting for hours to show up, here and ready. They came in looked at the laundry room went out got the appliances had them installed in moments. The dryer door was on the wrong side they switched it for me before I even noticed. I was and am very pleased. "

"Ordered online. They messed up the first order on Nov. 6, 2015, thought we were getting a refrigerator on Nov. 10, 2015. Never came No phone call or nothing. Had to reorder on the 10 so we could get it on the 13. The guys that delivered were great but I think I will really think about if I am going to buy from Home Depot again."

"This is not the first time I have ordered an item from Home Depot.com. I have them shipped to the store. My items have always come in by the suggested date of delivery and the merchandise has always been in good condition. Pick up has always been fast and easy. I enjoy using this option when the item is not available in the local store.

"Initiating the order was a bit confusing. You have to select a store vs. the zip code narrowing your store options. (it was not a link) So., after I ordered and realized it was being shipped to the wrong place, I quickly contacted HD, they cancelled that order and I had to re-order. Everything was perfect on the correct order, timely delivery, item as expected, text and email contact from the store. "
