"item came with dents on both sides. i called home depot . they said they would send a replacement within 2 days. the problem was they said they would have to call me to pick up damaged one...i would have to be home. i said that didnt make sense. the new unit could be left outside, but the damaged one couldnt?? and a phone call? i said i do not want a phone call and the damaged one would be on my deck to be picked up when they drop the new one off. she said they couldnt do that. i said not my problem. then she asks for my credit card number. i told her she already has it...she was crediting the first one. this doesn't sound right.... not a good first time ordering online with home depot."

Online the experience is great. You have product knowledge, user comments and accurate pricing. The online sales experience, you know if there is stock, you might of have some questions answered with the comments area, you know the pricing and you know the shipping times."
