"Ordered an outdoor refrigerator that was sold online only. The refrigerator came with a large dent on the front door because it wasn't adequately packaged. I called Home Depot customer service to return the fridge and they stated that they could not send a replacement until I personally returned the fridge to a local store. Then it would take 3-5 business days to receive the credit back to my card. If I wanted a replacement, I would have to reorder the same fridge online again! I do a lot of business with Home Depot, but this experience has convinced me never to go back to them again. DO NOT ORDER ON HOME DEPOT ONLINE!"
