"I have had a terrible experience with a Home Depot online order. It has been over a month and still nothing has been fixed. We ordered a play structre for our yard that came broken with missing parts. I am still waiting for the parts. I am filing a complaint with my credit card company to get the charges reversed. the service and follow up has been horrible. No body cares. No one wants to help. Top level customer service is a joke. They don't even have a working voicemail system. "

"Went to the Home Depot 2 times. First time the clerk was able to put my phone number in the system but told me my order had not arrived. That was on Monday, July 24th. Returned to the store the store July 29th. There was no record of my order in the system. I paid for any item and I hope that this can be resolved soon."

I tried to cancel the order communicating over the live chat function and then by calling the 800 number. In both instances I was informed that I would not be able to cancel the order. I could only refuse the order when it was delivered. I feel there should be a process to cancel an order in a timely fashion. The delivery people arrived during the specified time and were very courteous. "
