"Just Bought some drill bits and a wireless Drill they are working good so far and got them a great price. Shipping was ok not the best as i would of expected a shorter shipping time due to the fact that they so many warehouse. All in all a good buy and would buy again. Hope this review helps"

"I placed an order for a bath tub with Home Depot last Sunday. About four hours later, I realized I'd ordered a tub in the wrong material. I immediately called the online customer service line, and was told it wasn't possible to cancel the order, but that they'd try to stop the truck, would also contact the store the tub was being shipped to, and once the store processed my return, I would receive a refund on my charge card within 3-5 business days. I was surprised my card would be charged before I came to the store to pick up the tub. To give myself some peace of mind on the return, I also sent an email to the customer service center, cancelling my order, so that I'd have written proof in case of further issues. I then received an email response to the cancellation saying they'd contact the store too, and not to worry about the return. Then on Thursday, I got an email from the store saying the bathtub was there waiting for me. I looked up the record of all transactions regarding the bathtub and no return/cancellation had been entered, ever! So then I contacted the customer service number again and they phoned the store, said the tub return had now been done, and that I should have a refund on my account by next Weds. thro. Friday. The call took at least twenty minutes, with me on hold for most of that time. Now I have all of my fingers and toes crossed hoping that I will actually receive a refund when they say I will. This is extremely frustrating to be waiting for a refund, when I want to go out and get a different tub. Customers who are doing store pickup, on a NON-special order, should not have their credit cards charged until they PICK-UP the item! The customer service people I spoke with were all nice, polite people, and they all spoke good English (hurray!), but not sure why follow-through did not occur? Was it the store, customer service? Who knows, but I will not order online from Home Depot again."

"The package was delivered as promised, and after the driver dropped the heavy box at the door, he was nice enough to move it to my backyard gate. He wasn't my regular driver who knows to take all packages to the back, but he was accommodating; and I thank him for that."

"I placed an order of between $300-$350 of lumber for replacing my deck. I submitted the order and it was accepted. I put in my order that I was going to pick it up at about 11:00am the next day. When I arrived the next morning, I was told my order had been put back on the shelf. I had to wait about 30 minutes while everything was pulled back off the shelf. I had to replace 4 of my boards with more expensive ones since they ran out of the ones I wanted and then they doubled that part of the order. I had to request a reimbursement since I didn't order the extra boards, but it was done quickly and hit my bank account in a couple of days. All in all, it was a decent experience, and to their credit, Home Depot did give me $10 off my next purchase for the inconvenience. The most valuable part of the service is them pulling the lumber for you and then you being able to pull up and have them help you load it up. I will shop there again. "

"I ordered the 2 pack of Chat c hairs for outside. It showed a picture of beige chairs. I thought that they were the color of the chair so I ordered them.
Then, I checked back in thru chat with a customer service person who told me I had to order cushion covers for 89.00 if I wanted covers for them. Your ad for the chairs was not clear. So, Instead of cancelling my order the person I then spoke with over the phone said he could just order the covers that would come separately and the cost would be the same if I had just ordered them together! That was not true
