"UPS sorting error got my large order delivered to a Home Depot store, not the ship-to address, mine. HD called to inform me and individual said he have the store deliver it to me the next day. After calling HD again I found out HD called for UPS to pick it up and it would have gone back to sorting facility and I'd get it next week instead. UPS intercepted it and delivered the same day (evening,) that I'd had all the conversations with HD and UPS, a good three hours worth of investigation which threw off my whole day and I lost the help I'd set up to assist in assembling the unit because of the UPS delivery error and subsequent HD mis-information. "Order consisted of several items which shipped in dribs and drabs from various locations and took several days to receive, most of which have still not been received. Not very happy with this method of order fulfillment. You get an A+ on receiving my money but you get a D- on prompt delivery.

3 of 4 items delivered in 3 separate shipments on 3 different days and, of course, the item I needed most will not be delivered for yet another week. Very unhappy consumer.
