"the two men that made the delivery, Joseph and Annibal on truck #1998, were very polite and did an excellent job. they arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and were in and out in about 15 minutes. our only complaint is we never received a call the day before telling us when it would be delivered. we had to call to find out our delivery time or we would have been sitting around all day waiting for them."
