"My experience with Home Perfect has been terrible. I ordered a towel warmer that came without the mounting pieces and hardware. In other words, the rack was in the box but not the pieces that actually connect the rack to the wall. I contacted customer service at least 6 times in one month to transact an exchange and eventually a return. I had to get my credit card company involved. The dispute still has not been resolved as they have finally agreed to allow me to return the product but at my own expense for return shipping. Why would I pay for return shipping on a product that is completely useless without the rest of the pieces?"

When I complained that the website said it was in stock, the agent said a new shipment was coming in that day and would be shipped the next day. "Only half the order was shipped. Still waiting I could have picked this up in a local supply shop and project would be done over this 3 day week end. If a product is not in stock you should be notified before you purchase. This was a time sensitive job and I have a unhappy customer. As does home less then perfect with me."
