"I ordered a faucet that I was unable to use in the spot that I wanted it. But, trying to return it was a nightmare. They wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee which would equal about $105. Outrageous.
I asked to speak with a supervisor to try to negotiate and I waited on hold for nearly 45 minutes to no avail. I was told that no supervisor was available, and that the fee was non-negotiable at any rate.
I will never order anything from this company again. "

"Shortly after ordering my part i received an email saying that the part wasn't in stock and i would be updated in 1-2 days with the most accurate lead time. I was never updated. I called HomePerfect yesterday, 12/1/14, and spoke with a service representative who said he would call me back within an hour with an accurate lead time. He never called back. I still don't know when i am supposed to receive my part and HomePerfect has already charged my credit card even though they don't have the part in stock, it hasn't shipped and they don't know when it will. They should have waited to charge my credit card till after the part shipped."
