"So far, I have not been impressed with this company. They have items listed on their site that show "in stock" that are drop shipped from the manufacturer that are not in stock. This is very misleading. It took 2 and a half business days after my order was placed to receive notice that one of the items in my order was backordered. I am in the process of building a house, and luckily I planned ahead and started ordering my items way in advance, so its not a huge issue. A big problem I am having right now though, is that they shipped the items that were in stock, but my order status is showing the order is complete and all items have shipped. Whats more, one of the items that was suppose to be in stock was not received. I currently have a ticket submitted with them and I hope they will resolve this mess, but I am not very happy at all right now.
UPDATE: The response below is true and they are doing there best to resolve this issue. I have a tracking number now for the missing item, and I hope to receive the back ordered merchandise next week. Updating rating to a 3 and when all is received I will update my rating to a full 5 stars for their exceptional, but maybe a bit slow, customer service. Thank you HomePerfect.com!

"I ordered tow items from two different stores on same day. One was very responsive and notified me every step of the way. Home perfect website said the product would ship in 1 -2 days. Didn't hear anything from them for a week. When I did inquire, I get a message meant for someone else. Product arrived in good condition. Improved customer service and prompt notifications would have resulted in a higher rating."
