"Half the order was backordered and communication regarding what was available and what wasn't was very poor. Also, wrong product was shipped out and the replacement product for it still has not been sent out a week later. Again, no communication forthcoming. Their "sales" department" is in the United States, but they handle only new orders. Once your order is placed, any questions, issues, or concerns get sent off to their "customer service" department, which is in India. Enough said...."

Ordered a Blanco sink on 11/6. Sink arrived on 11/11. We were not home when it arrived. (They should have signature only on the shipping). We video tapped bringing in the box, unpacking, checking...because we had read reviews about poor CS on returns. SInk was cracked. Obviously that happens, so that isn't a "negative" about home perfect.
They only get 3 stars because the process to report the damage and resolve it was difficult and frustrating.
Read the damaged goods policy this morning. Have to go to website, log-in and "create a support ticket", and upload photos of the packing materials and the damaged product. Took photos of the packaging and the damaged sink. Tried to Log-in; however, the password from the original "Welcome to Home Perfect" email was invalid. Requested a new password and then I was able to log-in. Then at a little after 9AM eastern, called CS. They told me to create the support ticket which would go to our sales person- Christy - who, I was told, would be in at 10AM
While waiting for 10AM, I began to "create a Support ticket". I was not able to upload photos. Tried to use the "live chat" feature - but no-one responded. Finally submitted the "support ticket" without photos and called CS back.
I was told that Christy would not be in until 1PM. Don't have time this afternoon to deal with this, so I asked to talk to someone who could resolve the issue now. The CS person - Calvin, gave me his e-mail to send the photos and said he would take care of it as soon as he received the e-mail with the photos. So...hopefully he will, and I'll update this review then.
So CS was helpful when I POLITELY insisted on immediate action. I might give them another star if this actually gets resolved today. "
