"The prices are great but hope YOU NEVER HAVE TO RETURN ANYTHING! The absolute worst company I have ever done business with in terms of returning a product. I would pay more just to not be hassled so much in case I need to make a return. They create barriers to processing your refund and then are impossible to reach when trying to resolve those barriers. I began trying to return something in mid December and it has taken six weeks to get my refund and that's after they kept 30% of what I paid. The item had literally been looked at in the box, never installed or used. Sometimes saving a few dollars just isn't worth it."

"I recieved an email saying the faucet I ordered was back-ordered 3 to4 weeks. I tried to cancel my order and was told it would ship that week. I still wanted to cancel my order because I had already bought a different faucet by the time I received the email. I was told again that it would ship that week. I submitted a third ticket to cancel my order and didn't hear back from anyone for two days. My husband finally called to have the order cancelled. That it absolutely ridiculous! I shouldn't have to submit three tickets and make a phone call in order to have an order cancelled. My husband was told over the phone the email saying the faucet was back-ordered was an automated reply that goes out for every order. This should fixed so no one else has to go through this. I will never order anything from Home Perfect again."
