"I ordered a 10" FanTech exhaust hood. At the time of ordering the website said the item was in stock. Two days later I called to check shipping status and was told it was on back order and would be 3 to 4 weeks. Not once did the company contact me to either confirm the order or inform me that the item was back ordered. On top of that, they had already charged my credit card!! Since I needed the item right away I cancelled the order and they did credit the amount charged back to my card."
