"Disappointing lack of good customer service. To begin with there was a lack of communication as to expected delivery. The first communicate was a full day after I placed my order (which was 1am Wednesday) and it said thank you for the order and I would be contacted about an expected delivery date. That was late Friday. Customer service was closed until Monday. I reached customer service Monday - which was apparently outsourced to India. To my question if the item was even in stock, he said he couldn't get through to the warehouse and that he would email me. The email arrived two hours later and said deliver status was "pending".
