I was disappointed to see that my order was placed on back order. This was despite the fact that your web site stated that there were 2 units in stock. I can not wait the extended time for you to have this back ordered. Please give me a call by 12/31/2013 by 2:00p.m. Pacific time. If you have the 50 gallon model in stock I would be interested in possibly purchasing that instead.

My confidence in your ability to fill my order is diminishing very quickly. You stated in reply #NWT-35244 regarding order #1200114202 that the order would be shipped from another warehouse, although the order still shows as backordered on my account on your web site. The fact that the English in the message was terrible and the lack of additional updated information and the lack of a web site update leads me to believe you may not be trustworthy. Due to these inconsistencies you have until 1/6/2014 at 0900 pacific time to respond with proof of shipment. At that time, if I am not satisfied, I will call my credit card company and cancel payment. This is your final notice.

Its been one week and I am very wary that this company will follow through in a timely manner.

PS - I wish I would have looked at resellerratings.com before I ordered. I would not have ordered. Several others have had the exact experience. Although they have a 7.6 rating there is a significant trend in being able to deliver consistently.

"ordered Bosch tankless hot water heater. It arrived with 2 spark catching pans and NO outlet hose. this hose is a custom fitting, female to male, that cannot be purchased at a hardware store.
