"My experience on the website was fine - easily searched and best of all they had the two items listed as in stock and the lowest prices so I ordered.
When I had not received a tracking number or my items in two weeks I requested status of the order. At that time I was informed that unfortunately the items that had been listed on the website as in stock were in fact back ordered and I should expect a 3 - 4 week delay. This would hold up my general contractor slightly but he could work around it for a week.
After three weeks I still had not received the tracking number and my contractor was starting to ask about the ETA. I called this time and was quickly informed that the item was no longer made by their distributor and they would be issuing me a refund. I asked what their policy was about notifying their customers about back order status or pending refunds but there did not seem to be an answer.
In other words, they took my money, used it for over a month and then when I asked about it they refunded my money. I have to wonder how long they would have held my money if I hadn't asked about it!
In the mean time I have ordered the same items from another website and the item is still listed on the manufacturer's website as well."

When I contacted them about the wrong item being shipped they said their system said I was shipped the correct item and they needed pictures of the item and box in order to generate a return slip...that was 2 days ago and I still haven't gotten the slip. Their warehouse is about 15 blocks from my apt so I inquired if I could just bring the wrong item back to exchange for the correct item & I was told that would not be a possibility. Patiently waiting....."
