"We never received a confirmation of our order by email. Luckily, I wrote the information down before I placed the order. Trying to contact your company was difficult to say the least. I did not open an account since I only needed the faucet but all correspondence was supposed to be through an account and I could not get it to work. I did finally get a ticket ID when pursuing the order status ging through the contact email - on the same day that the faucet was delivered. Delivery was prompt, I just had no confirmation or information to go on."
