"I ordered plumbing for the bath on Friday, and was told it would ship asap from manufacturer. On Monday I called and didn't ship. Tuesday same thing. Wednesday same thing. Finally Thursday finally got a tracking number but wouldn't work on ups.com. All week, everyday said would ship that day. My remodel has to wait because of this. I hope that I will get this item delivered.
It seems they don't stock many of their items so I would only order from Home Perfect if you are willing to wait for their items coming from different places in the country.

"I spoke with someone at Home Perfect confirming they had the light fixture I was looking for. When I went to purchase it online, I never received email confirmation that my package had been shipped. When I went online to check the progress of my order, the message was that it was being processed, but nothing more.
However a couple days later my light fixture showed up on my doorstep so all was well in the end. So you may want to check you website to technical problems"
"Ordered a sink that was listed as in stock. Also ordered a fitting. I got an email saying the fitting was backordered for 2-3 weeks and after rereading shipping saw the sink might be held. so I canceled backordered item.
One week after placing the order, no ship date. Called the 888 number and the person tesll me it is being shipped to them (where ever that is and then will be shipped to me when they get it. So it was not "in stock". Now my project is going to be held up. Never again . I always giet feed back positive when deserved, see on Travel Advisor.com
Update….Items were never in stock and when they said they were short, I checked and it is still online as available.
Now I have to drive 100 miles to pay $100 mopre….but at east it is there. I would avoid the store as it is only a drop ship situation, unless you order 2 months in advance. Now will I get my credit????????"
