"The item arrived without several parts. The listing which i ordered from did not say that it did not include the tank, lid, and seat. After the item arrived the listing that I ordered from has been removed from the website(I have the original link to the page). When I followed the directions for a return from the website I got a an automated response saying that my request has been received and that I would get help within 48-72 hours. That was six weeks ago. Today I called in and spoke with a ****@**** and he said someone would contact me in the next few days and that there would be a restocking fee. There absolutely should not be a restocking fee, or shipping charges. "
