"The CART software at Home Perfect has a bug. I opened a browser window to shop there and found items I had searched on over a year ago. I had to delete all those items before I could order the item I wanted recently. Then it failed to update the quantity I input. I changed the qty from 5 to 4 and the made the purchase. The immediate reply I recieved on the webpage indicated the correct qty 4, but the e-mail confirmation I got the next day showed qty 5 and that is what they shipped. Now I have a billing dispute on my hands."

"We bought 5 faucets on sale to put in our new house. The first unit was great, just as expected. The next two were two-toned in color (brushed nickel and gold) which my wife didn't like at all. The last two units were older and didn't come with handles (which are no longer available anywhere on the web) and which will cost more than the units if and when we can find them. So we are stuck with these odd faucets. It would have been more helpful to us if those kinds of things are flagged in the description. And it emphasizes again that the buyer needs to beware. As far as service is concerned, the delivery came quickly which we appreciated.

"I ordered a bathroom vessel sink in a hard to find size. It arrived very quickly. When I opened the box, I saw that mistakenly a wall mounted version of the sink was shipped to me. I spoke to customer service (Mark Kennedy was the manager) and he was extremely courteous and had an over the counter vessel sink shipped to me right away! A pickup of the wall-mounted sink was arranged as well. Talking about great service! Sara K. Brooklyn, N.Y."
