"Hello. I find it very difficult to get in touch with a customer service agent. There is no contact # and the Chat never works. We received the sink yesterday which is damaged on the left side with a deep scratch. We wouldn't have an issue if it was somewhere that would have been hidden by the granite but it will not be. I now need to try to get in touch with someone to work this out. Which will be a challenge not doubt. Great prices but not happy with the Customer Service."
