Fedex lost the item and told me that it wouldn't be considered "officially" lost until after two weeks. Calvin, the customer service rep from Home Perfect stepped in and took care of everything. I was overnighted a replacement item and the problem was solved. Great prices and selection along with excellent customer service. I find this rare in today's consumer market; a real breath of fresh air."

"one of the worst on line shopping experiences. Terrible customer service. Received defective shower head. Leaked around outer perimeter. I called to return the shower head. I had to make multiple phone calls before anyone would help. As instructed I took pictures of all the paperwork and of the shower head. At first they said they never received the requested information. I sent it 2 more times and they sais it was received. After that they kept requesting more of the same information. They wanted more pictures and they needed the order page. Finally I sent an email saying that I was going to report them yo the better business bureau and the consumer complaint dept.
After 2 more phone calls I said I would call Home Perfect's office of the President and forward copies of all the emails. It was then I was told they would return my money and to throw the defective unit away."

"There were a couple of problems with the sink I ordered. The manufacturer had put the wrong sink in the shipping carton, which was no fault of Home Perfect. I had initially planned to keep the sink that I received, as it was the same overall dimensions, but upon closer inspection by my installer, we found two stress fractures in the sink. I explained the situation to Home Perfect's customer service representative and after a little back and forth, Home Perfect sent me a replacement sink - the right model, the right color and in perfect condition, at no cost. I have now ordered 4 different items from Home Perfect and have found this company to have the best pricing, prompt order fulfillment and shipping, and very good customer service."

"I placed an order for a gas log set on Dec 6 and didn't receive the shipment until Dec 30. After paying an installer, he discovered that the wiring connectors do not match for the grill and remote control unit, a log is broken, and another log does not line up with the grill. I called the HP customer service and was told to send a descriptive email with pictures. In the last month, I have sent several emails and HP has taken no action to remedy the situation. I've asked for instructions to return the unit for a refund and they say they do not take "out of box" units back. Their customer service is non-responsive and cannot answer any question directly. I don't even rate this company 1 star."

Couldn't find information on the website about where to independently ship the item. Had to pursue this information - Live Chat, email, phone call. I don't think customers should have to work this hard to get relatively simple information."
