"Purchased a "White" Duravit bathroom fixture. Arrived in a musty shade of light gray or gray-beige-markedly different from the crisp white of the paper label attached. When contacting customer service, there was some hesitation to address the issue, as the item shipped was found to be the item ordered. In the end, Home Perfect did the right thing and took the item back without a restocking charge, accepting the responsibility for dealing with a resistant manufacturer, rather than penalizing the customer.

I finally got thru the next day via phone and was told it was too late to change the order. Was asked to pay a 30% restocking fee if I returned the order. At this point I will try to make the cabinets work but they cost more than I wanted and it will cost more on the construction/installation side. Would have appreciated some sort of refund or discount on the cabinets at a minimum."
"I would recommend everyone to shop elsewhere, they will offer you only 80% of the initial cost if you return unused product, in my case bad fit/dimensions. Imagine what it would be if you need to reclaim product. Never again."
