"Defective product, they had to "escalate this to our warehouse seek an exception" to try and follow their own rules of "If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect please let us know as it will not be a standard return and you will not pay any fees." and the warehouse said to "call the manufacturer"... sigh"

"I placed 11 orders and none shipped! I called and verified my information and was told they would ship in 2 bueiness days. LIES! I call again, and fed the same lies! The items never shipped. So I decided to cancel and was told I would get an email that day confirming they were cancelled. LIES! They did not cancel or email me! I called again and was told to call back and speak to a supervisor. I called and got Marc's voicemail that gave his email address. I sent him an email advising my orders need to be canceled and refunds processed and the email got ignored!
I finally had to call my credit card company to file fraud as this company is obviously trying to steel nearly 3,000 from me!

"I've never heard of a company charging someone before a product is shipped out. Home perfect charged me for two toilets that I later found out were discontinued. Instead they sent me the seats to the missing toilets. One star for disappointment plus inconvenience.
