"I was not very pleased about the shipment/delivery of our sink. First....I waited 1 1/2 weeks for my sink. Received part of my order and still no sink. I then called to find out what was going on and where my sink was. I was told there were some technical issues and the sink had not been sent to the warehouse to be shipped. I had called previously about the order as I placed this on line and due to the message...your order did not go through...I proceeded to send the order again. This time accepted. Next morning I noticed by a confirmation there were two orders. I called and talked with Nate who told me he saw a duplicate order, said he would delete the second order and make sure my credit card was not charged and I could expect my order by the end of the week.
End of week no delivery. Monday I received the sink drain, which I found out was only for ONE drain. No Sink. Tuesday..NO sink.
Then proceeded to call on Wed. I was told by Nate the sink had not been shipped, technical error and he would send order to warehouse and I told him my countertops were being measured on Friday and I needed my sink tomorrow...my CRedit card also showed 2 charges and that he was going to take care of it. Which I then received a confirmation of the credit to my CC. I received my sink after the guy came to measure on Friday.
If I would not have called to inquire about my order, I wonder if I would still have my sink! Someone messed up on this one!
To help correct this, I still need a second drain stop/strainer....you can send me one at no charge. Please ck my order to determine which one I need. Please respond to this email. Thank you.

"This review is for an order which I had to cancel due to the item being back ordered. My main complaint is the lack of timely communication from customer service.
I ordered a sink from Home Perfect on 10/4. More than a week later on 10/13 I received a cryptic email from customer service saying my item was back ordered for 3-4 weeks with no explanation of why it took so long to get me this information. When I told them this was unacceptable, they said they would try to work with the manufacturer to see if they could get it shipped directly to me and they would reply within 3 business days. After not hearing from them on day 3 I cancelled my order.
Anyone who has done a remodel knows that timing is extremely important to avoid project delays. Luckily I was able to get the same sink for slightly more from quality bath who had the sink delivered in less than a week for free."
