"We were purchasing 2 toilets for a remodeled bathroom and a new 1/2 bath. We looked at lots of models online, found the ones we wanted, and then shopped online for a good price with reasonable delivery.
Home Perfect said they had them In-stock, could ship in 2 days after ordering and delivery was free.
We ordered on a Saturday. We didn't receive an order confirmation until Tuesday - and then only after sending follow-up emails.
Further, the order didn't ship until Thursday (5 days after the order was placed). Home Perfect used AM Trucking for the shipment, who projected 7 days for delivery.
The good news is that they were able to complete delivery by the following Tuesday, only 5 days later.
The bad news is that even though we gave the dispatcher the number of our contractor (who planned to meet the driver for deliver), the dispatcher called us, instead. Worse yet, the driver called during the last 1/2 hr of the delivery window to say he was 1/2hr away, called again 45min later after getting lost and having to turn around, and finally delivered a full hour after the delivery window had ended.
I contacted both AM Trucking and Home Perfect about this. Their reactions were: yeah, well, stuff happens. I even suggested that firms like theirs weren't immune to incompetence today (ever hear of Yelp, fellows?), and asked for a supervisor to contact me in both cases.
Nothing.
I would not use them again. You can buy everything they're selling at the same price with a reasonable delivery ("free" and delayed is not free) elsewhere.
I would be HAPPY to retract this review if they reached out and apologized. Nothing so far."

"We are remodeling our kitchen and needed a new sink and sink accessories. I went to the Home Perfect web site and received a greeting to chat with a representative. In the chat, he helped me find a sink, all the accessories with the order numbers in 15 minutes. Put the order in on Saturday and received everything on Tuesday, FAST delivery! Unfortunately, the sink was cracked upon inspection. I called customer service, and emailed them pictures of the sink. Everyone was very responsive and understanding. I received a new replacement sink on Friday, three days after I reported the damage! Awesome customer service and delivery speed. Because of the excellent quality of the merchandise, speed of delivery and very responsive customer service, I will definitely order from Home Perfect and recommend to friends!"

"My order did arrive within a week of the order. I was shopping the website on a weekend, the web site said the sink was going to ship on Monday, on Wednesday I call because I haven't received a tracking number. It turns out the order was held up because of a back order on the Waste Baskets for the sink. It turns out it was shipping that Wednesday I called and I did receive it Friday only to find it was missing the stainless steel sink grid. Another call was made and it was shipped with no hassle.
It would have been nice if they communicated in the form of email to say my order will be delayed a few days, It would have took the worry out of "if I will get the sink in time for the granite counter top measurement visit" that was two weeks out from the order date. Especially since the website said it would ship on Monday. Also the customer service people appeared to be off shore(India) instead of the people from North America. Dealing with strong accents is not what I want to do when calling customer service over order concerns. "
"We bought a Toto sink from Home Perfect. The sink has a manufacturing defect that has been confirmed by Toto. We have been trying for over one month to get Home Perfect to send us shipping instructions and a return authorization so we can ship the sink back to them and get a refund. Customer service is a joke. They only respond when we send an e-mail asking status. They continue to ask the same questions - what is wrong, send pictures, etc. We suspect they have been trained to stonewall any customer asking to return an item until the customer finally gives up. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. "
