Faucet - I knew this item would take 3-4 weeks to ship - it says so on the site. On week 3 I contacted customer service and they said it was still on backorder. On week 4 (this week) I contacted customer service and they said it would be another two weeks. That's 6 weeks total for an item listed on their site as 3-4...and there were no guarantees that I would even ship by week 6.
Colander - I order this item in a bundle with a sink. My sink arrived, but no colander. When I contacted customer service (on week 4) the rep said the item was cancelled. No refund...no email...nothing. To this day, I have no idea if Home Perfect would have ever let me know that the item I had already paid for would never arrive.
I requested a refund of both items and was only refunded 85%. Calvin - the first rep I worked with credited me $452.14 (which I have in an email). I called back in to customer service and the rep I spoke to there agreed that I was owed the rest of my order amount, which was an additional $86. In the response to this review, Home Perfect claims that Calvin refunded my entire order...I have emails that say otherwise.
It's a shame that the service is SO HORRIBLE. The website and the products are great, but it's not worth it if you never get your order. Note - I am writing this 31 days after my order."

"For months I have been looking for the perfect rectangular vessel sink no larger than 18"x11". Well I finally found it ~ on another website. But before I purchased it I thought, "Let me do one last search to make sure I'm really getting the best price..." I discovered the HomePerfect.com website AND a savings of almost $100!! That was enough to cover a great faucet, or mirror, or showerhead, & the list goes on. I couldn't have been happier. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. We will be installing it this coming week. Homeperfect.com has definitely been saved under my "House Reno" Favorites category! As I have a whole house to update and we've just begun, I'm looking forward to many more spectacular finds to come..."

"Order confirmed on 10/21 and email on 10/21 said order was verified and items in stock on 10/21. Second email on 10/21 said shipment for my order has been updated to pending. Another email on 10/21 said items are in stock and ready to ship and said large/heavy items ship within 2-3 business days. I called on 10/27 and was told order being pulled that day and we will receive tracking info. Called again on 10/29 and was told that order was being shipped that day and I will receive tracking info within 24-48 hours. It is now 10/31 and no items or tracking info has been received. Must wait until 11/2 to call again. Now I am starting to get concerned about my order. My credit card was charged on 10/21 and it has been 7 business days and their website just shows ready to ship."
