"We ordered two delta shower sprays for $161 total, about $20 cheaper compared to other places. I personally placed the order on Oct 7th. The website has said items ready to ship, the same week I placed the order. So I'm like okay, If items have been ready to ship for the past week, then why havent they shipped them by now!? So I called them on 10/15/2015, and it sounded like a call center. But that is neither here or there at this point. However, the gentleman tells me that the items were on backorder and they did not get to the warehouse till today and my items will ship tomorrow. (Mind you, they took my money immediately when I ordered the items without any regard to letting me know they were on backorder on their website, or through a simple email, or phone call from customer service! When we placed the order, the website clearly said it was in stock.Their email order confirmation also noted nothing about it being on backorder. These are one of the last items we need to have a complete shower, so we would have NEVER ordered them from this company if it was backordered, that would have been just illogical.).........Anyhow, so subsequently, I asked him why their website said the items were in stock when they werent, because I would have never ordered from them if I knew it was on backorder. He could only say he did not know why the website said they were in stock, and apologized for the inconvenience. I told him, its not your fault obviously, but that it is absolutely not right to mislead customers, and now your saying it wont ship till tomorrow which means I wont get them for another week. That is nearly 3 weeks for an item that is suppose to ship within 1 to 2 business days, and take 3 business days to arrive at your location (about 5 business days is what I calculate according to their website). Honestly, I do not think I would have heard from them again if I did not contact them. I checked today and surprise surprise, it still says, "items ready to ship." .........Bathroom remodels are not cheap, and we still need the shower sprays! I will contact them again tomorrow. If they still have not shipped, I will be requesting an immediate refund (like how they immediately took my money) and will dispute the charge if one is not given. I should have checked reviews and the BBB before giving them my money. I will NOT be ordering from this company again! Honesty and simple communication goes a long way!"

"Ordered the wrong part number on a Rheem tankless water heater, was misinformed by the vendor (home depot). Was able to speak with a home dream after less than a minute on hold and the rep helped me take care of it. While I didn't actually buy anything from HomePerfect, they took care of me with no fuss. "Because of a vendor issue, I was forced to cancel my original order from HomePerfect. The item which I ordered was discontinued by the vendor and I did not find the replacement acceptable. During this time I was kept informed by Christy Landry on a daily basis, even when she was on vacation. Although I did not get the item I wanted, I feel that the HomePerfect employee performed in a most professional manner and I will most likely do business with HomePefect in the future because of her behavior."
