"Website stated fans w/lights (2) were in stock and would leave warehouse in 3-7 days. I was to be notified when shipped. When past 7 days and I had heard nothing, called. Was told it was on back order and would ship in another 7 days. But when I looked at other websites for the same fan, they all said it was on back order, may be delivered by Christmas, was no longer available, etc. So I have NO confidence as to when, or even if, I will received the fans I ordered."

So we removed our old bathroom vanity, and when the package came only the pediatal was in the box. That was nearly three weeks ago. We've still yet to receive the sink itself, or even an email to update us on when we might receive said sink. You have already charged me for the product, I would think the least you could do is keep me updated on when I should expect to receive it!"
"I received a call a few days in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Delivery went well. I inspected item to witness the extent of the "scratch and dent" flaws and they are within expectations. I haven't tried to operate the washer/dryer yet."
