"we have purchesed thousands of dollars worth of products from hasn in the last 5 years including my compaq pc and my gateway laptop. Hsn stands behind their merchendise even if the vendor dosent. Yes the prices are not amazinly cheap but you have flex pays, promotions and someone to turn to if a product fails!"

"I am very disappointed with customer service at HSN. I called to order an item (a PDA) because it wasn't showing up under the search engine. The CSR told me that there were over ten thousand units in stock. I am currently residing in the US but I have a Canadian credit card. The CSR told me this wouldn't be a problem at all. I paid for express shipping.

I checked my order status today and the status of my order was "open". I called to find out what was happening. The CSR told me that it was impossible to place an order using a Canadian credit card and that they were now out of stock of the item. When I said that yesterday's CSR had told me there were over ten thousand units today's CSR told me, "there's no way".

So I apparently was the victim of either a dishonest or an incompetant CSR.
