"VERY PLEASED WITH THE ONLINE STORE, THE FREE FREIGHT, THE QUICK DELIVERY AND THE ACTUAL GENERATOR. THE LID WAS OFF CENTER AND WHEN I WAS REFERED TO THE WARRANTY ELECTRICIAN, CAPTAIN ELECTRIC(UTAH), HE WAS "JOE" THE OWNER AND ARRIVED RUDE AND DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. TOLD ME HE DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS AND I SHOULD HAVE HAD THE INSTALLERS FIX IT. HE SAID HE DOESNT MAKE ENOUGH OFF OF THESE GENERAC WARRANTY SERVICE CALLS. I THINK THAT YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE HIM REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY."
