"Honeywell Store was an absolute disappointment! Sorry to have ever come accross them. The filter I purchased was for the model 50250 and the picture for this model air filter showed a big box. What I received was a pancake thin filter. When I asked, they said their website says in small print I needed to order 3 of these to replace the large filter that was sold with my air purifier. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was given a 10 day RMA listing that my box was open and that "customer did not like" which is not true at all... They said "we don't have a reason for your return. Send the product back through FedEx, UPS or DHL" (at MY expense)... I still have not seen the credit to my card and it's been a week since they received it back.

In my opinion, do yourself a favor... Shop Amazon where they truly know how to treat and satisfy customers! That's what I did after this sour purchasing experience. Put your money elsewhere, or you too may end up being sorry you ever shopped here! You work hard to earn your money. Don't waste it

UPDATE: merchant replied sorry I'm having trouble with my purchase.... How nice and thoughtful. Now, where is the money back for having bought an item that was offered as a replacement for the original filter. Still waiting. Again fellow shoppers, I ended up going to Amazon and there, I was able to find the large replacement filter for my Kaz/Honeywell air purifier #50250. And just so you know, when I have needed to return items for any reason to Amazon, they pay for the return shipping. Now THAT is customer service. Actions speak louder than catchy phrases."
