An order was canceled, slow email correspondence and slow shipping

"I placed a couple of online orders to be shipped. One contained liquids and I was sent an email a couple of days later stating "no liquids can be shipped". Nothing more was said about the other items in the order so I emailed back asking about the other items. A reply took nearly 24 hrs and I was told the entire order would be cancelled and I would have to reorder the items that were not liquids. If you can't ship liquids, then you should state that during the purchasing process and not allow me to checkout choosing shipping as an option.
Also, I think the shipping is slow as was the email correspondence concerning my order with the shipping.

Run of the mill service.

"Expect adequate service, average to long wait times (even with an appointment), and always expect an offer to sell you an unnecessary service or part. They’re also not big on covering items under warranty. I’m writing this review because I purchased parts online for pickup, which is cheaper than buying over the counter, go figure. When I went to change my oil I discovered two of the four skid plate bolts missing and one stripped. Well done Hoover, my skid plate is affixed by a single frame bolt and two plastic fascia bolts. I’ll continue to buy discount parts, but I’ll decline to have them do the work. "

Great price with reasonably quick fulfillment

"I bought a used 2019 Tundra TRD Pro recently, and previously had a 2012 Tundra SR5 CrewMax and wanted to add the driver's side A pillar trim/grab handle that was discontinued for the 2014-21 model trucks (don't get me started on ways Toyota has disappointed me in the Gen 2.5+ trucks, like the cup holders and loss of the 2nd glovebox). The parts shipped on the 8th of July, but my only complaint is that the tracking/shipping info arrived on the 5th, but it didn't go out that day. More of a nitpick that anything the dealership did. Found them by searching the the 2 part numbers, and they had the best price, and free shipping."

Long Wait Time-Expensive

"I ordered touch up paint on May 7th...it finally arrived around June 26th. I had contacted Hoover Toyota the week before arrival and the cost was about half what Montgomery Toyota received. Wow...this a HUGE markup!!! "

"I bought my vehicle on a whim so that should explain some of my purchase experience. The salesman was not knowledgeable with his inventory or vehicle features. I felt like it wasn’t a smooth sale. It was partially due to my not thinking that day I would buy a vehicle but I did expect answers would be given when I asked. He didn’t have many answers. I moved into to financial office and through a change of events(all my own problems) I wound up semi-distracted. The paperwork was incorrectly filled out and I signed them. The reason I titled this review “mixed” but gave it 4 stars is I felt like the sales part of my vehicle purchase was uneducated and uncoordinated. But after I had signed my paperwork and checked over it almost a week later to find errors I was upset(at myself), down right sick. I made the mistake of signing without fully inspecting my paperwork. I went back to the facility to see if it could be corrected. I was so happy that the financial manager was willing to hear my story and look over the paperwork with me. He listened then explained to me it was an error. He said it would be corrected and emailed back to me. I did have to wait an extra week because of an unforeseen situation but when I contacted them again a week later he got right on it and I received my corrected paperwork. I am pleased that I could trust that what we agreed upon verbally was upheld. "

"They charged me instantly for a part on back order. I have called and left 3 messages and sent 3 emails at least 3 days apart and no response. They charged my credit card instantly and then ghosted me."
