My First Breakdown for my 2003 Sienna

"It was a very hot day in July when my Sienna just quit running at a traffic light in Homewood. It didn't even make a noise when I tried to crank it. It had never stranded me before.
I called Johnathan Dreyer at Hoover Toyota to ask for the number of a toeing service. I met Johnathan in the 1980's when I got my first Toyata Camry. I was about to call this service when someone stopped to assist me. He had jumper cables which allowed me to get started and get home. The next morning, I had to use jumper cables again to get started and drive to Hoover Toyota. I have always used Hoover Toyota to service my Toyotas and I credit them with keeping my Toyotas in such good shape that I can drive them for many years. I trust Hoover Toyota and Johnathan Dreyer.

Awful

"Called the parts department multiple times to only get voice mail. Never did get a call back. Talked with service department and they were not helpful either. This was about a part that I ordered. They are always messing up everything. This was their last chance with me."
