"I received my treadmill last November and it has preformed flawlessly since. Keep pivot points lubed to prevent any squeals or groans. Easy lift. Good fan and speakers. The 10% incline and 10mph speed are more than enough for anyone less than the most serious runners. Being a value priced treadmill that shouldn't be the goal here. This is the perfect treadmill foe getting and staying in shape! !"

"I was disappointed when I opened the box and the railing along the tread and motor cover were both cracked. However, when I called customer service they were quick to remedy the situation by sending out both parts with no problem. They even offered service tech to come install the items. It was a simple replacement so I did it myself."

"One delivery person was not enough so I had to get a neighbor and the 3 of us finally got the machine into my house. Also I am coming up on the 1st belt lubrication and I am not comfortable with loosening the belt. I would like to have a way to spray lube under the belt."

I am still experiencing problems with the machine. They've sent the repairman out once to try and correct the problem, which didn't work. When I called the repairman back he never returned my call.
