If the dispute is opened and the funds are still "held" after the pre-order items arrive, your purchase will not ship until the dispute is closed - which will delay your shipment and push your purchase to the back of the line until it is resolved. We are not able to ship items out that are not paid for, so if you filed a dispute it would have delayed your shipment. ”
