"It took 4 months to get my order (after having to email them numerous times) which was missing an item, I emailed them about it and it took several days to get back to me. They said everything was sent and then asked me to send them photos of the boxes, which I did immediately; no response. 9 days went by and three more emails with still no response. I then complained on their FB page which finally got a response in email. They shipped the missing item and claimed they emailed me about it, which they did not. I then asked when the email was sent and they didn’t reply.

"My husband ordered a mask and I keep asking when will it be shipped because he bought it for halloween. All I keep getting back are replies with links to there special order. I don't want to wait I just want my money back and of course they won't give it back. I bet the better business bureau would love to hear this. I think I'll give them a call Monday. "

I had contacted them twice with no reply and I followed the release schedule accordingly as the item kept being postponed; until it finally just vanished from the site completely. Missing an item is one thing, but to not get any help AT ALL for it is another. Won't shop here again!

We have tracking proof that all of your items were received and emails from you that you indeed wanted to purchase, and received these items - so it indeed is not a fraudulent purchase. In trying to start a FRAUD dispute with Paypal - you are just trying to receive the shirts for free and get your money back.
Obviously we are not going to offer customers trying to rip us off with any kind of purchase support or allow them to post on our social media.”
